Company Overview
Saturn Harvest Films
is a film production company producing a slate of fantasy thriller films, based on the box office and critical success of films such as "The Chronicles of
Narnia" (2005), "Pan's Labyrinth" (2006) and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy (2003), which perform well in the US and across European and Asian markets.
Saturn Harvest Films
By producing star driven fantasy thriller film titles, Saturn Harvest Films is able to produce the highest per film revenue, at a lower cost. For example, the fantasy thriller "Pan's Labyrinth" (2006), budgeted at $19 million, went on to make $37 million at the US box office and another $45 million in foreign box office revenue to date. Similarly, the higher budget US fantasy adventure film "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" was budgeted at $180 million and went on to earn $291 million at the US box office and $453 million in foreign box office, plus an additional $207 million in US video rentals alone, generating nearly a billion dollars not including foreign video and television revenue.
By bringing together packaging, production, and distribution, Saturn Harvest Films is a vertically integrated film company, focusing on high quality, star driven projects.
